D. MAKING A PURCHASE THROUGH THE E-SHOP

1.1 Completion – Order Confirmation

Use the categories WOMEN, MEN’S, CHILDREN’S, which are in the main MENU of our page, navigate to it and find what you are looking for. You can also use the BRANDScategory, where you will find alphabetically all the branded brands we have.

Check the products in the shopping cart by clicking on the link “SHOPPING CART” which is located at the top right of the website. You can use the “DELETE FROM CART” button to remove products from your cart before completing your order.

Click on the “COMPLETE ORDER” button to complete your purchase. You can pay in one of the ways listed below in Section II.D.4.

In order to be able to complete your first order you must register as a new Member. During the completion of your order, the system will automatically guide you to the very simple and fast registration process.

The prices listed on our products include VAT and are considered final if they are delivered within Greece. Tthe final cost of your ordered products is 5 euros for shipments through the TNT distribution company throughout Greece regardless of the order value. In detail for our charges see Table I in Section II.D.3

Immediately before pressing the indication “Checkout”, which is the last step for the completion of your order, you will be automatically informed that by submitting the order you have the obligation to pay the amount corresponding to it. If you are in agreement, press the indication “Checkout” in which case you submit it to our online store. By submitting your order in accordance with the above, the MercatoSlipperssystem is automaticallylocated. gr will send you a message to the email account that you have declared to us during your registration as a Member, which will inform you that we have received the order, will indicate the products you have ordered and all the terms of the order. From this point onwards, you do not need to do anything else until you receive your products.

When the order is delivered to the courier company we work with or to another cooperating company, you will receive a new message -email which will indicate the tracking / shipping number. With this number you can monitor the progress of your order until it reaches the delivery area that you have declared in your respective order.

E. FINAL PROVISIONS

A. FINAL TERMS

These General Terms constitute the final and only terms in force with respect to the company’s provision of the Service to the User and remove any pre-existing terms, prior contracts and arrangements, written or oral between the Company and the User regarding the use of the Service.

B. RESIGNATION

No delay, negligence or tolerance of the Company in the enforcement of the user’s observance of any present term shall constitute a waiver or harm provided for in this right. If any present term has been found by any competent Court or Authority to be invalid and therefore unenforceable, this term shall not invalidate the remaining terms hereof, which shall remain in full force and effect.

C. NULLITY OF TERMS

In the event that any part of the present is declared invalid or determined by a court decision, such nullity shall not affect the validity of the remaining part of the present, which shall remain valid as if these General Conditions had been executed with their invalid part deleted. The Company will seek to replace any invalid term with a new valid term, the result of which shall be the closest equivalent of the one cancelled.

D. APPLICABLE LAW – JURISDICTION

Any dispute between the parties regarding the application, interpretation, invalidity of the terms of the contract, the existence or non-existence of rights and obligations of the parties under contract or tort, is interpreted in accordance with Greek laws and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Athens, in whose jurisdiction the parties are submitted as of today voluntarily.
